Jonathan Smith
Jonathan worked for a large regional retailer for 10 years, the last 6 years as General Manager during which time he started investing in property and developing his property portfolio. For the last 10 years he has followed his passion for property both as a landlord and property developer. His in depth knowledge of property management allows him to bring practical, hands on approach when dealing with tenant and property issues.
Alison Guggenheim
Alison was a corporate bank manager until she left 10 years ago to further develop her property portfolio in Yorkshire and work in property management. She has an extensive knowledge of accounts and the financial aspects of property management, as well as practical experience in dealing with tenants and contractors alike.
John Guggenheim
John is a qualified solicitor and practised for 16 years until leaving practice 2 years ago to focus on property management. He has a comprehensive understanding of the legal/contractual matters affecting all areas of property lettings and management, and a detailed knowledge of the financial aspects of property investment.
Laura Bond
Laura joined the team in January 2009 to work on administration and systems management. Laura is a qualified legal executive in property and has 17 years experience of property systems management as well as dealing closely with contractors and tenants on a daily basis.
Hannah Young
Hannah joined the team in March 2010 following 11 years experience as an associate partner in an established lettings agency in Chester. She brings with her extensive hands on knowledge as a lettings negotiator and corporate relocation specialist.
