You can report repairs at any time, if it is outside our opening hours of 9am - 5.30pm you can leave a message on our voicemail service and we will come back to you in office hours.

Emergency Repairs Helpline
Gas leak: If you experience a gas leak or can smell gas you should call Transco on 0800 111 999
Water Leak: Initially try turning off the isolation valve or stop tap
No power supply: Contact your service provider in the first instance
Examples of emergencies would be: loss of heating in cold weather where there is no other form of heating available and burglaries resulting in broken windows or doors which require securing or boarding.
Examples of non-emergencies would be: faulty appliances, loss of heating or hot water in mild weather conditions and blown fuses or light bulbs.
We monitor all incoming emails and voicemails and will respond to anything deemed an emergency.
